Let a player add a BMS song by dropping an archive or folder onto Playnote, then process it into the library without blocking play or corrupting duplicate imports. Import work should be staged, observable, and safely parallelized; the intended player flow is documented in https://tear.moe/playnote-progress-report-2/.
