Start audio reliably on Windows by reporting meaningful WASAPI failure details and falling back to shared mode when exclusive mode is unavailable. This preserves Playnote’s low-latency default while degrading gracefully on hardware or system configurations that cannot provide it. The player-facing behavior is noted in https://tear.moe/playnote-progress-report-5-5/.
